Kaitlyn Kneefel, MSW has a diverse range of work experience in the field of social work. Kaitlyn began their career at Alabama CASA Network in 2018, where they worked as an intern for a three-month period. In 2019, they interned at Court Appointed Special Advocates of Orange County (CASA-OC) for four months. The following year, in 2020, Kaitlyn worked as an intern at NC MedAssist for seven months. In 2021, they joined Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center as a Case Management Intern for eight months. Currently, Kaitlyn is employed at Mystic Valley Elder Services as a Health Services Care Manager, starting in May 2022. Throughout their various roles, they have gained valuable experience in case management, advocacy, and providing care to vulnerable populations.
Kaitlyn Kneefel pursued their higher education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2020 to 2022, where they obtained their Master of Social Work degree. Prior to that, they attended The University of Alabama from 2016 to 2020, where they focused their studies in the field of Psychology.

Founded in 1975, Mystic Valley Elder Services is a non-profit agency that provides essential home- and community-based care and resources to more than 20,000 elders, adults living with disabilities, and caregivers annually living in 11 communities north of Boston and beyond. Services include coordination of home care support, transportation, Meals on Wheels, and information and advice.
