Oscar Rovira

Oscar Rovira's work experience includes being the Co-Founder & CPO at Mystic since April 2019. Prior to this, they worked as an Autonomous Driving Intern at SAIC Motor UK Technical Centre Limited from September 2017 to August 2018. In this role, they worked on real-time object detection, road segmentation, and lane detection, as well as advanced a scale autonomous car platform for research purposes. Oscar also worked with Jetson TX2 on real-time applications.

In 2017, Oscar participated in Imagine Creativity Center's Imagine Express program, where they developed a prototype that used Machine Learning to deliver tailored meals and participated in the Hackatrain event. Oscar presented the prototype in front of potential investors and at the Mobile World Congress.

In 2015, Oscar received the Becas Europa X scholarship from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria.

Additionally, Oscar served as the Lead Organizer at TEDxColegioMontserrat, where they organized the first TEDx event at their school, attracting over 100 attendees and multiple speakers.
