Anser Abdul Latheef has had a diverse work experience since 2014. Anser began as the Executive Director at Hercules International Enterprises, then moved on to become an Investor at GBT INDUSTRIAL LLC in 2015. In 2016, they Co-Founded Bautech Chemical Industries L.L.C. In 2017, they Founded Tool-Jack, ME's first B2B and B2C auto spare parts portal, which they Pivoted to MySyara in 2019, where they currently serve as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). In 2021, they became an Angel Investor at Expin - Influencer Barter Collaboration Platform.

Anser Abdul Latheef attended Hult International Business School from 2019 to 2021, where they earned a Global Executive MBA in MBA. Prior to that, they attended Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
