Byron Poole

Byron Poole is an experienced IT professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Armstrong State University, attained between 2013 and 2016. Currently serving as a System Analyst at Mytex Polymers US Corporation since July 2022, Byron has previously held roles as a Desktop Support Technician at Heartland Payment Systems and in the Commonwealth of Kentucky Office of Technology. Additional experience includes positions as an Information Technology Technician at STARTEK and an End User Computing Analyst at Norton Healthcare. Byron's extensive background in information technology is complemented by a military career as an Air Traffic Controller with the US Army from May 1992 to August 2012, demonstrating skills in multi-tasking, operations, logistics, management, training, and security.
