Carlos Pantoja has extensive work experience in the technology industry, starting in 1998. Carlos has held roles such as Team Lead of Site Reliability Engineering at mytheresa.com, Senior SRE Manager at DiDi, Full Stack TechLead at Claro Brasil, Azure Cloud Architect at TOTVS, Azure & System Center Advisor Engineer at Dell, and Program Manager at Celestix Networks. Prior to these positions, they worked as an Azure Premier Field Engineer/Consultant at Microsoft and a Software Engineer at IBM and Unisys. Carlos has a strong background in cloud computing, infrastructure management, and software development, with expertise in various platforms and technologies.

Carlos Pantoja completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Desenvolvimento de Aplicações e Games para Dispositivos Móveis - Internet das Coisas at FIAP from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Tecnologia em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas degree in Computer Software Design from FIJ between 1990 and 1994.
