Claire Ribiere

Claire Ribiere has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Claire is currently working at mytheresa.com as the Principal CRM Applications Manager since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior CRM Manager from January 2021 to December 2022 and as the CRM Manager from October 2018 to January 2021 in the same company. Before joining mytheresa.com, Claire worked at Héméra Digital Consulting as a Senior Project Management Consultant from November 2015 to June 2018. Claire was responsible for translating the strategy and customer experience into operational processes for a CRM Loyalty Programme. Additionally, they worked at Accenture as an Analyst/Junior Consultant from October 2013 to November 2014, at PwC as a Marketing & Communication B2B - Financial Services from January 2012 to June 2012, at Le Monde as a WebMarketing - Traffic Acquisition from July 2011 to December 2011, and at Halloween Agency as an Event Planning Assistant in June 2010.

Claire Ribiere completed their Master's degree in Management with the Intercontinental Track Certification at EDHEC Business School from 2009 to 2013. In 2012 to 2013, they pursued a Master 2 in Business/Managerial Economics at Aarhus University. Claire also had brief stints at Pace University - Lubin School of Business in 2011 and Central University of Finance and Economics in 2010. In addition, they obtained a certification in Digital/Web Marketing from FITEC Formation in 2015.
