Yaron Gurovich

Yaron Gurovich is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and research. Currently serving as the Senior Director, Head of AI Research and Applications at Vimeo since March 2020, Yaron has progressed through various leadership roles within the company. Prior to Vimeo, Yaron was at FDNA from October 2012 to March 2020, where roles included CTO & Head of AI, overseeing the integration of AI into healthcare and promoting the company's innovations in next-generation phenotyping technologies. Yaron played a pivotal role in developing Face2Gene, a leading software platform utilized by clinical geneticists worldwide. Earlier career positions include Algorithms Engineer at Applied Materials and HW Logic Design Engineer at Intel Israel. Yaron holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and a BSc in Computer Engineering and Applied Physics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
