Ilaria Fiorentino has extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Ilaria started their career at CHANEL in 2012 as a Fashion Advisor, providing professional and high-quality service to customers. Ilaria then took on various roles within CHANEL, including Watch Ambassador and Training Ambassador. In 2018, they joined mytheresa.com as a Personal Shopper and Client Relations Manager. Over time, they grew within the company and is currently serving as the Head of Personal Shopping and Client Relations.
