Phoebe Shi

Phoebe Shi is an experienced Customs and Operations Manager at Mytheresa since 2022, specializing in logistics and trade compliance. Prior to this role, Phoebe served at URBN from April 2019 to September 2021, leading CN logistics, import compliance, and vendor relations in China. Phoebe was instrumental in building a Customs Compliance program and managing transportation and warehouse operations. Earlier experience includes a role at VF Corporation from August 2016 to March 2019 focusing on customs and trade compliance and supporting supply chain initiatives, as well as a position at Coach from November 2013 to July 2016 that involved logistics, operations, and cost management. Phoebe holds a Master’s degree in Logistics and Operations Management from Cardiff University, obtained between 2011 and 2013.
