Khandaker Rahman

Khandaker Rahman has worked in the physical design field since 2005. Khandaker began their career at Intel Corporation as an ASIC Physical Design Engineer, then moved on to become a Senior Physical Design Engineer. In 2017, they joined Samsung Austin R&D Center (SARC) as a Senior Staff Physical Design Engineer, where they were responsible for performing full block execution, pushing Power, Performance & Area (PPA) metrics of critical mobile CPU blocks, leading the definition & execution of all aspects of floorplanning, and driving early DRC analysis and cell profiling of standard cell libraries. In 2019, they took on the role of Physical Design (PD) Technical Lead at Mythic.

Khandaker Rahman completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology in 2001. Khandaker then went on to receive their M.S.E. (Master of Science in Engineering) in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University in 2004.
