Rich Hicks

Rich Hicks currently serves as the Director of Engineering and Program Management at Mythic, where responsibilities include driving the execution of new technology. Prior to this role, Rich was with Luminar Technologies for eight years, holding several positions including Senior Director of Product Engineering and Industrialization and Director of Imaging Technologies, where Rich directed global product engineering and successfully launched advanced lidar platforms. Earlier experience includes key engineering and management roles at Intel Corporation, Melexis, Sensata Technologies, Cypress Semiconductors, SMaL Camera Technologies, Teradyne, Magna Donnelly, and Lockheed Martin. Rich's educational background includes a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Binghamton University, focusing on Digital Design and Communications Systems.
