Atanas Gagov has over 13 years of professional experience in engineering and program management. Atanas began their career in 2007 as a Blow Molding Engineer at US Yachiyo Tier 1 Honda supplier. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Research & Development Engineer at Corning Incorporated. Atanas then joined Apple as a Display Operations Engineer in 2012. In 2015, they moved to Tesla as an Engineering Manager and in 2019, they joined Waymo as a Program Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Engineering and Program Management at DRONAMICS, where they are responsible for execution of the organization’s strategic product plans and leads multiple engineering teams.
Atanas Gagov attended the Technical University of Sofia from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Atanas then attended The University of Akron from 2002 to 2007.
