Ben Esplin

Ben Esplin is an advisor at Mythical Games. Ben was previously a partner at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP from June 2015 to December 2018, and at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP from August 2007 to June 2015. At Pillsbury, they were a member of the Intellectual Property practice and the Social Media & Games team. Ben's experience includes developing patent filing strategies, preparing and prosecuting patents, conducting transactional due diligence, and advising clients on intellectual property matters. Ben has also represented clients in post-grant proceedings, such as reissue, reexamination, and patent interference.

Ben Esplin's educational career began at Vacaville Highschool. Ben then attended Colorado School of Mines, where they earned a B.S. in Physics. Finally, they attended The George Washington University Law School.
