Hlib Danylov

Hlib Danylov is a professional with extensive experience in customer support and fraud prevention. Currently serving as a Fraud Agent and previously as a Customer Support Specialist at Mythical Games since March 2023, Hlib has also held similar customer support roles at DMarket and B2BSOFT. Freelance endeavors included positions as a Customer Support Representative and QA Manual Tester. Early career experiences include a role as an Affiliate Manager at Doberman Media. Hlib holds a Master’s Degree in Philology with a focus on German languages and literature from South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from Odesa National Economic University.
