Alain Tanguy-Chavannes

Alain Tanguy-Chavannes has a strong background in data science and analysis. Alain started their career at Canal+ as an Analyst in 2013, where they focused on client-based approaches and conducted analyses to define appropriate KPIs. Alain then worked at Upgrade Capital in 2014, where they achieved 3rd place in the Upgrade Capital Quant Competition by building a risk management model for the currency market and providing actionable insights through statistical tools. In 2015, Alain joined MFG Labs as a Data Scientist, where they worked on various data-related projects, including optimization and features improvement in a media trading platform. In this role, they delivered meaningful insights to media traders and implemented algorithms based on cutting-edge mathematical research. Currently, Alain is a Senior Data Scientist at Mytraffic, starting in 2021.

Alain Tanguy-Chavannes began their education in 2010 at CentraleSupélec, where they pursued an Engineer degree and Master of Science in Applied Mathematics. Alain completed this program in 2013. In 2012, they also attended The University of Queensland, focusing on Applied Mathematics. Alain then continued their education at Université Paris Cité in 2014, obtaining a Master's degree in Statistics and Finance in 2015.
