Julian Kong has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Julian currently works at myTukar as a Service Operation employee. Prior to this, they were the Maintenance & Operation Manager at Pantrans Haulage Sdn Bhd. Julian also served as the Service Manager at Manforce Group and the Easy Buying Manager at Ikano Group. Before that, Julian worked as the Oversea Support Manager at Tan Chong Group and the Marketing Manager at Kawasaki Motor Malaysia. Julian also held positions as the Operations Manager at Tan Chong Group and the Customer Service Manager, Body & Paint Manager, Parts Marketing Executive, and P. M'sia Parts Dealers Operation Executive at UMW Toyota Motor Sdn. Bhd. Julian began their career as a Marketing Officer at HUALON Corporation and a Marketing and PR Executive at D'Touch International Sdn Bhd.

Julian Kong completed their degree in Business Administration and Management from Sunway College from 1997 to 1999. Julian then pursued further education at the University of Abertay Dundee from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a BA (Hons) in Marketing.
