Dr. David M. Horowitz has extensive experience in the field of AI and conversational technology. Dr. David M. is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of WiredVibe AI, where they lead the development of an AI-driven music generation platform. Previously, in 2022, Dr. Horowitz worked as a Book Author for Elsevier, writing a book on the Historical Development of Voicebots and Conversational AI.

Before that, from 2017 to 2023, they co-founded and served as the Chief Science Officer of My Voice AI. The company specializes in conversational AI and speaker verification technology. Dr. Horowitz also has experience as a Member of the Institute of Directors from 2015 to 2020.

Dr. Horowitz is recognized as an expert in conversational AI and has spoken as a Keynote Speaker on Voice at the Chatbot Summit Berlin in December 2019. Dr. David M. has a long history of inventing and pioneering new technologies, such as the Kurzweil AI VoiceRAD, a radiology reporting system with speech recognition, and artificial intelligence-based R&D at Horowitz Biometrics.

Additionally, they served as the Technical Director of SpeechXRays from 2015 to 2017. The company specializes in voice biometrics software based on voice quality and has received funding from the EU. Dr. Horowitz also has experience as an Independent Researcher for Horowitz Voice and Language Technologies and as the CTO and Director of HumSing, where they developed innovative software for language learning and music composition.

Throughout their career, Dr. Horowitz has demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills in the development of cutting-edge AI technologies.

Dr. David M. Horowitz has a diverse education history. Dr. David M. began their studies at Kalamazoo College from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a B.A. cum Laude with a focus on Music, Health Science, and Physics. Following this, they attended Northeastern University from 1985 to 1987 as a Degree Candidate in Electrical Engineering and Biology.

Dr. Horowitz then pursued further education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). From 1981 to 1985, they obtained an Sc.M. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Dr. David M. returned to MIT in 1990 and completed a Research Fellowship in Mechanical Engineering until 1991. Dr. David M. also pursued a, 1st-year medical program at UMass Chan Medical School from 1987 to 1988, covering subjects such as Anatomy, Physiology, Medical Genetics, Biochemistry, Psychiatry, Nutrition, and Neuro-anatomy.

In 1992, Dr. Horowitz enrolled in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology again, this time as a Candidate for the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, which they completed in 1996.

Later, in 2002, Dr. Horowitz attended the University of East Anglia, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) by Publication in Computing Sciences from 2002 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Dr. Horowitz has obtained several certifications. In July 2013, they received a Level 2 Certificate in Health and Social Care from Four Counties Training Limited. Dr. David M. also obtained certifications in Safeguarding Adults At Risk (SOVA) from Tina Training Initiatives for Look Ahead Care and Support, as well as a Founding a Start-up Business Development Course from Brent Active Citizens Centre, both also in July 2013.
