Winita Turner

Winita Turner has a long and varied work experience. Winita began their career in 2009 as an Administrative Assistant at YWCA Minneapolis. Winita then moved on to a Customer Service Supervisor role at Mall of America in 2008. In 2012, they became a Lead Teacher at Family Child Development Center. In 2014, they took on the role of Childcare Director at Expanding Minds Childcare. In 2016, they held two positions simultaneously; an Assistant General Manager at Boston's Inc and a Project Management Intern at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. In 2018, they were an In-Flight Supervisor at American Airlines. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Community Director at MyWorkChoice.

Winita Turner's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management and Entrepreneurship from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 2015-2017, a Certified Nursing Assistant from Metro State University from 2012-2013, and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Child Development from Metro State University from 2009-2013. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in December 2017, a Private Equity Workshop from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in April 2017, and a Certificate of Achievement from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in August 2016.
