Shannon Devine

Shannon Devine brings over a decade of Investor Relations experience creating and executing best-in-class IR programs for numerous companies across industry sectors. Shannon joins MZ from Solebury Trout, where she was a Senior Vice President and part of the firm’s SPAC advisory and Financial Services practice. Previously, Shannon was a Vice President at ICR, an integrated communications firm, where she handled IR operations for clients ranging in market cap of $500 million to $15 billion in the Financial Services, REIT, Homebuilding, Consumer and Retail sectors. Her work focused on the comprehensive implementation and maintenance of IR programs for clients on a day-to-day basis. Additional expertise and areas of focus include secondary offerings, M&A transactions, and leadership transition communications, as well as the execution of several dozen Investor Days. Shannon earned an MBA in Finance and Management from The University of Connecticut, a B.A. in Communications and English from Fairfield University and is also a member of NIRI.
