Waseem Ismail Pangarkar

Waseem Ismail Pangarkar serves as a Delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR at ICC Arbitration since July 2024. Concurrently, Waseem has held the position of Senior Partner at MZM Legal LLP since March 2010, leading the Disputes Resolution and Commercial Litigation department. Waseem's involvement in various organizations includes membership at the International Association of Sports Law (IASL), Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Young ICCA, and several arbitration centres, including the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration. Waseem is an Accredited Dispute Resolution Professional with the Federation of Integrated Conflict Management (FICM). Educationally, Waseem is currently pursuing studies at Columbia Law School and holds a General Course in Intellectual Property from WIPO, along with a Bachelor of Legal Sciences and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Mumbai.
