Chaminda Welikanna

Chaminda Welikanna has a strong background in technical support and managed service operations. Chaminda started their career at Suntel Ltd in 2003 as an Engineer, where they focused on enterprise data and voice solutions design, project implementation, and project management. Chaminda then moved on to become a Senior Engineer in IP CORE Network Operations until 2011. At N-Able Private Limited, Chaminda held the role of Manager - Services & Support from 2012 to 2016. In this position, they were responsible for meeting customer SLAs and managing the overall operation of engineering support services in various verticals. Chaminda later became the Head - Technical Support and Managed Service Operation at N-Able, leading a team of over 45 resources and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and customer SLAs.

Chaminda Welikanna holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Colombo, obtained between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Telecommunications Engineering (NDES) from the Institute of Engineering Technologies (IET) between 1994 and 1998. Chaminda'seducation history also includes attending Ananda College between 1985 and 1993, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for that period.
