Jonathan Grove

Jonathan Grove is currently working as a UX Manager - Research at N-able since August 2023. Prior to this, Jonathan held the position of Director of UX: User Research at Nationwide from January 2017 to July 2022. With a background in managing user research teams and designing research methodologies, Jonathan has experience working in various roles within the UX field. Additionally, Jonathan has a strong academic background with a PhD in Virtual Reality and Childhood Education from Sheffield Hallam University. Their expertise also includes project management, vendor management, and client relationship management within the financial services sector. In the past, Jonathan co-founded a digital agency and worked as a lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University.
