Sean Bishop has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Sean is currently working as the Sr. Director Global Technical Support at N-able, where they oversee the Global Technical Support Operations for 2 Enterprise Product Support verticals. Prior to that, they worked at Cisco in various roles, including Director Customer Experience (CX) – Solutions Strategy, Director Customer Experience Digital Transformation, Director Customer Experience – Collaboration Technology Group, and Senior Manager Global Technical Services - Collaboration Americas. Before joining Cisco, they worked at AT&T as the Senior Manager Managed Security Solutions. Throughout their career, Sean has consistently met or exceeded performance metrics and has demonstrated strong leadership skills in managing technical support teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
Sean Bishop has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science from Ball State University, which they completed between 1986 and 1993. Sean later pursued a Masters of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the same university, completing it from 1997 to 1998. Additionally, they hold certifications such as KCS v6 Fundamentals Certification, ITIL Foundation Level, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA).
