Ken Mellis MBA CIWFM has a diverse work experience in property and facilities management. Ken has held various leadership roles in different companies. From 2019 to present, they have been the Head of Workplace Facilities & Engineering at N Brown Group, overseeing property, facilities, and engineering aspects of multiple sites. From 2018 to present, they are also the Owner and Director of Popster Properties Ltd. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they served as the Head of Property, Facilities & Risk at Total Fitness, responsible for operational strategies across a portfolio of 17 leisure facilities. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Head of Estates & Risk at MAG (Airports Group). And from 2000 to 2015, they worked at BAE Systems in roles such as Real Estate Manager, Facilities Management - Property, and Senior Works Services Engineer, where they handled various property and facilities management responsibilities.

Ken Mellis MBA CIWFM has a strong educational background. Ken attended Sheffield Hallam University from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained an MBA in Facilities Management. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1993, they attended Brownedge St Marys, Preston, where they completed their GCSE's, obtaining 7 qualifications including Mathematics & English, Science & Craft Design & Technology. In addition to their degrees, Ken also holds a certification in MBA in Facilities Management from Sheffield Hallam University, which they obtained in September 2008.
