Milena Rudnicka

Milena Rudnicka is currently an Operations Manager at N Brown Group, where Milena also holds the titles of Senior Leader and Team Lead. Previously, Milena worked as a Merchandise Admin Assistant at JD Williams, and as a Team Trainer at the same company. Milena graduated from The University of Huddersfield with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Throughout their career, Milena has been involved in excel reporting, liaising with buyers, training provision, creating SOPs and risk assessments, and updating training matrixes.
