Yael Rechester

Yael Rechester has a strong background in HR and operations. From 2022 to the present, they have been the VP of HR and Operation at N-Drip Gravity Micro Irrigation. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2022, Yael worked as the VP of Organizational Development and Operations at Olim Beyahad, a non-profit organization that focuses on promoting quality employment among Ethiopian Israeli university graduates. In this role, they were responsible for managing all HR processes and developing organizational strategies. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Head of HR at Atid Plus, another non-profit organization that promotes technological education for underprivileged communities. During this time, they were instrumental in establishing an HR department and handling various recruitment activities. Yael's early career experience includes working at the Hebrew Scouts Movement in Israel, where they held the role of VP of HR from 2010 to 2017 and HR Business Partner from 2007 to 2010. In these roles, they managed a team, oversaw HR activities, and implemented recruitment and training processes.

Yael Rechester earned their Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, Management and Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Yael graduated with honors in 2005. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Policy & Administration from the same university and graduated with honors in 2009.
