N.E.C. is het kloppende voetbalhart van de regio Nijmegen. De club bestaat sinds 15 november 1900 en kent een rijke historie. Van oudsher is N.E.C. een echte volksclub. Vandaag de dag draagt N.E.C. dit uit door haar open en transparante houding en door bijvoorbeeld met N.E.C. Doelbewust een belangrijke sociaal-maatschappelijke functie in Nijmegen en de directe omgeving te vervullen. Daarnaast kent de club een grote aantrekkingskracht op jeugd, volwassen voetballiefhebbers en bedrijven. Vooral bedrijven vragen om nieuwe inzichten en creativiteit, maar bovenal maatschappelijke en economische waarde. N.E.C. verdiept zich daarom proactief en goed in de business van haar partners: wat zijn de strategische doelstellingen, op welke wijze en met welke middelen wil de partner daar komen?
