Dr Gemma Pawson

Dr Gemma Pawson is a highly experienced educator with a strong background in early years education. Currently serving as the Chief Education Officer at N Family Club, Gemma previously held positions at Bright Horizons, Kingston University, Leatherhead Trinity School, and Peterborough Regional College. With a Doctor of Education degree from the University of Reading and a Master of Arts in Integrated Provision for Children and Families from the University of Leicester, Gemma is dedicated to professional development and improving the early years workforce.
