Duncan Penny

Previously, Duncan was a Non-Executive Director at The Vitec Group plc from September 2018 to May 2022 and held the dual roles of CEO and Chief Financial Officer at XP Power from April 2000 to December 2020. Earlier in the career, Duncan worked as Controller EMEA at Dell from 1998 to 2000, and Vice President of Finance at LSI Logic and LSI Corp from 1990 to 1998. Duncan holds a Master of Arts degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford, completed in 1985, following education at Southlands from 1974 to 1981.
