Michael Bäärnhielm is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and business development across multiple industries. Currently serving as CEO of NP Innovation and Rivos AB, Michael specializes in organizational development, change management, and strategy implementation. Previous roles include Marketing Manager at Backer AB/Nibe Element, CEO of Airec AB, and technical management positions at Beneli AB. Michael co-founded StrainLabs AB, innovating in remote monitoring technology, and has held significant roles at Bürkert-Contromatic AB and SWEP International AB. Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
