Kaitlyn Kane

Kaitlyn Kane serves as the Associate Director and Principal Data Scientist of Analytics at N-Power Medicine, Inc. since January 2025, where responsibilities include leading the Analytics team through the acquisition of Syapse and managing the full product release lifecycle. Prior to this, Kaitlyn held various roles at Syapse from September 2021 to December 2024, including Associate Director of Research and Analytics and Principal Insights Analyst, where significant achievements involved managing a team of data scientists and leading the development of high-quality analytical datasets. Kaitlyn's experience also encompasses positions as a Statistical Analyst at Northwestern University's Lurie Cancer Center, a Variant Scientist at Tempus AI, and a Clinical Research Coordinator at UChicago Medicine. With a Master's degree in Biostatistics from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Genetics from North Carolina State University, Kaitlyn has developed expertise in statistical analysis, project management, and data science throughout a diverse career spanning academic and industry settings.
