Shae Owens has extensive experience in the healthcare and research field. Shae started their career in 2000 at Kootenai Health, where they worked as a Clinical Research Associate for three years before transitioning to the role of Oncology Research Regulatory Specialist / Clinical Trials Coordinator. In this role, Shae was responsible for coordinating Phase II/III oncology clinical research trials, including study feasibility, regulatory affairs, data collection, patient screening and enrollment, and data analysis. Shae also maintained continuous quality improvement and regulatory compliance, communicated with staff physicians, and prepared reports. In 2022, Shae joined N-Power Medicine, Inc. and a Stealth Start-up as a Data Professional and Employee, respectively.
Shae Owens completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Idaho in 2020. Prior to that, they attended North Idaho College from 1997 to 1999 and earned their Associate of Arts degree. In terms of additional certifications, Shae obtained their Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification from the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA) in July 2002.
