Diogo Ribeiro

Diogo Ribeiro, PhD, has a strong background in strategic project leadership, user coaching, implementation services, and consultancy. Diogo has been working with N-SIDE since 2016 and has held several roles, including Associate Director of Strategic Project Leader and User Coaching, Head of Implementation Services, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Throughout their tenure at N-SIDE, Diogo has achieved impressive results, such as implementing a standardized User Coaching Framework, increasing total coaching hours by 30%, and achieving a commendable CSAT score of 91%. Diogo has also successfully introduced change management practices, led high-performing teams, and played a pivotal role in driving organizational growth and enhancing client satisfaction. Prior to joining N-SIDE, Diogo worked at Karolinska Institutet as a Research Assistant Professor and Postdoctoral researcher, where they led a project on childhood tumors, specifically neuroblastoma. Diogo'sresearch focused on investigating the mechanisms involved in neuroblastoma initiation and progression and identifying potential therapeutic targets. Diogo completed their PhD at Karolinska Institutet and their master's degree at Lund University.

Diogo Ribeiro, PhD has a strong educational background with a focus on neurobiology. From 2005 to 2011, they attended Karolinska Institutet as a PhD student in the field of Neurobiology. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2005, they completed their undergraduate degree in Biology at Universidade de Coimbra, specializing in Biology, General. Additionally, Diogo Ribeiro has obtained additional certifications, including a Clinical Investigator Certification - LEVEL 1 from NOVA Medical School - Faculdade de Ciências Médicas in 2020, and a PhD from Karolinska Institutet in 2011.
