Maud Larochette

Maud Larochette is currently the Chief Financial Officer & Chief Human Resources Officer at N-SIDE. Prior to this, they were a Finance Manager at FedEx Express from May 2012 to March 2017.

During their time at FedEx, they were responsible for the creation and remote management of a European team of 5 financial analysts with the goal of reducing EU bad debt by $1Mio a year and creating customized financial solutions for global customers. This included designing the concept of the team, fine tuning it, getting executive management buy in and approval, and recruiting 5 people across Europe.

Maud was also responsible for managing a team of 24 people located in Belgium responsible for Order to Cash activities, such as billing, disputes, cash applications, collections, and master data. This involved empowering individual and team leaders, promoting and managing changes, and ensuring cross department alignment to enhance team efficiency.

Maud Larochette began their educational career by studying innovative human management at the Louvain School of Management. Maud then pursued a degree in complementary geopolitics at the Université catholique de Louvain. After that, they completed a master's degree in management at the ESC Clermont Business School. Finally, they participated in an Erasmus exchange program focused on management skills at the ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.

They work with Pauline Martin - Marketing Director, Sebastien Coppe - Life Sciences Director, and Sophie Marquet - Energy Product Director. Their manager is Arnaud Merlet, CEO.
