Soontaree Hadkaew

Soontaree Hadkaew currently serves as the Human Resources Director at N-Squared eCommerce, leading people and culture initiatives across Southeast Asia, specifically in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Malaysia since April 2022. Previously, Soontaree held the position of Head of HR for Thailand and Vietnam at OYO, where responsibilities included leading organizational development initiatives and implementing compensation and benefits programs. Soontaree's experience extends to CREA as Head of HR, overseeing comprehensive HR functions and talent management. Additional roles include Head of HR for Yum! Brands' Delivery Business, HR Services Manager and Recruiter for Unilever, and Senior Human Resources Associate at KPMG. Soontaree holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Management and Hospitality Management from DTC International College and a certification in Human Resources from Chulalongkorn University.
