Mr. Das founded N-Squared Growth Capital in October 2011.

Previously, Mr. Das served as a Senior Vice President with the Mergers and Acquisitions group within the Investment Banking department at Credit Suisse (based in New York) has over seven years of experience as an M&A-focused investment banker.

Mr. Das has advised both multinational and domestic clients on numerous, complex M&A assignments in transactions over $75 billion in total value. He has worked with clients across various industries and geographies, including Healthcare, Technology, Consumer & Retail and Financial Institutions. He has significant experience in cross-border situations, including advising high-profile clients in emerging markets such as India, China and Brazil.

Mr. Das joined Credit Suisse in 2007 from Wachovia Securities' M&A group, also based in New York. Previously, Mr. Das was a top-ranked IT consultant for over five years with Keane, Inc., specializing in Healthcare and Social Services-focused IT outsourcing assignments focused on clients in the Ohio Valley region. Over the last two years of his time at Keane, Mr. Das served as a service delivery manager with significant operating responsibilities, including managing key customers in the states of Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee.

Mr. Das is presently serving as a board member at OATS Older Adults Technology Services, a New York-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and the largest municipal technology program for senior citizens in the country.

Mr. Das is a graduate of the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business, University of Toledo's College of Engineering and Malaviya National Institute of Technology (India) and attended high school in St. Mary's International School (Tokyo). During business school, Mr. Das was selected to participate in the 2003 Entrepreneurial Internship Program as a summer associate at FA Technology Ventures, a Boston-based early-stage technology and clean-tech focused venture capital firm.
