Dewangga Rizky is a skilled professional with a diverse background in digital talent management and human capital within leading organizations. Currently serving as a Digital Talent Management Specialist at Kementerian BUMN since July 2024, Dewangga has held several key roles at Telkom Indonesia since April 2018, including HC Product Delivery Assurance and various positions within Human Capital Management, focusing on data management and employee positioning. Previously, Dewangga was the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Worki by Telkom Indonesia, contributing to the development of HR super apps. Dewangga's early career includes experiences as a System Developer at PT. Indonesia Epson Industry and founding Corak.id. A graduate in Computer Science from Diponegoro University, Dewangga possesses a solid foundation in system development and management.
