Maikel Parmentier serves as the Coordinator of Social Media and Social Media Communications Officer at N-VA since December 2019. Additionally, Maikel is a member of the special committee for social services at Stad Oudenaarde starting in December 2024, and previously held the position of Chairman of the Municipal Council Fraction at Gemeente Lievegem from January 2019 to February 2021. Maikel's experience includes working as an Executive Management Assistant at REFIBO from March to December 2019 and a stint at MEDIALAAN in February 2017. Maikel holds a Master's degree in Communication Sciences (Film and Television Studies) from Ghent University, obtained between 2016 and 2019, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences from both Ghent University (2012-2016) and University of Hohenheim (2015-2016).
