Alejandro Blasco Heras has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. In 2014, they started as a Servicio al cliente: Operativo de Caja at Banco Santander, where they worked until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Tecnico Recursos Humanos Universia at Universia España, responsible for tasks such as publishing job offers and conducting phone interviews. In 2018, they joined BBVA as part of the Corporate and Investment Banking team, focusing on HR-related functions and collaboration with different teams. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Minsait, where they were involved in talent management, career development, selection, and consultancy services. Additionally, they studied at ISNIB Business School, aiming to obtain a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management.
