Dheeran Bala

Dheeran Bala has extensive experience in service delivery and business development across multiple organizations. Currently, Dheeran serves as a Senior Service Delivery Manager and Business Development Manager at N2 Services Inc since April 2014, and has also been a Senior Delivery Manager at Patton Labs Inc since October 2016. Prior experience includes working as a Business Analyst at American Express from December 2012 to March 2014, focusing on SAP ARIBA and Oracle R12 applications for procurement operations. Dheeran was a Programmer Analyst at the National Informatics Centre from December 2010 to November 2012, managing IT projects for the Government of India, and served as a Project Assistant at the Ministry of Science and Technology from November 2009 to October 2010. Dheeran holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Periyar University.
