Daise Rocha

Daise Rocha currently serves as the Head of UX at N26 since December 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Group Product Design Manager - Growth at Intercom, where Daise led a team focused on product experience and significantly enhanced annual revenue retention. Prior to that, Daise was the Experience Design Manager at Verizon Connect, managing multiple design teams and leading various customer journey initiatives. Daise's career began with a role in user experience at IBM, followed by entrepreneurial ventures as the Founder of Rock Desk and Owl Bookings. Education includes a Postgraduate Diploma in User Experience Design from Dún Laoghaire Institute and additional certifications in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
