Thibault Charpentier

Thibault Charpentier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Strategy & Operations Manager for EU markets at N26, Thibault has held significant roles including Interim Country Manager for Romania, Senior Operational Excellence Manager, and International Operations Project Manager at FREE NOW. Prior roles include Deputy Head of Acceleration Programs at INCO and Open Innovation Consultant at bluenove, as well as Innovation Project Manager at Société du Grand Paris. Thibault is pursuing a Master of Science in International Affairs at The London School of Economics and Political Science and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Honours) from McGill University.
