Joelle Valentin is a Search Consultant at N2Growth. Joelle has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment. Joelle has a proven track record of success in sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top talent.

Joelle began their career as a Work Placement at The Goring. Joelle then worked as a Human Resources Officer at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill. After two years, they were promoted to Assistant Human Resources Manager at The Ritz London. In 2009, they were recruited by Mark Warner to be their Head Of Human Resources. Joelle was with Mark Warner for nine years, during which time they successfully recruited and retained many top talents.

In 2018, Joelle decided to become self-employed and started their own HR and Recruitment Consultancy business. Joelle had great success as a freelancer, working with many different companies on a variety of projects. In 2021, they joined Sourcers Collective as a Freelance Recruitment Specialist.

Joelle Valentin has a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Oxford Brookes University, as well as a master's degree in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster. Joelle is certified by the University of Westminster in Masters in Personnel and Development, and by Stonebow Training in Practical Training Certificate.
