Megan Hund is the Chief of Staff to the co-CEOs of N2Growth Americas. In this role, Megan is responsible for overseeing strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the executive leadership team, as well as consulting with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation across the company. Megan also utilizes her background in software development to drive the creation of new frameworks, platforms, and systems that provide greater transparency and efficiency to N2Growth’s processes and relationships.
Prior to joining N2Growth, Megan graduated from the University of Notre Dame through the John J. Reilly Dual Degree Program, earning a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Chinese Language and Literature (Mandarin). Throughout her time in university, Megan was highly involved in opportunities to expand and develop her leadership capabilities, including serving as the Cadet Wing Commander of AFROTC Detachment 225 and receiving a competitive selection as a 2018-19 McNeill Leadership Fellow through the University of Notre Dame Center for Social Concerns. She also designed and implemented software for DoD mission systems platforms through software engineering internships, received a grant for intensive Chinese language study at Peking University, and completed a term of service with Americorps.
Megan resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and spends most of her weekends far away from her computer hiking, camping, or backpacking in the Rocky Mountains. She is always on the hunt for book recommendations, off-the-beaten-path nature trails, and new ways to connect with her community, particularly through grassroots community gardening, sustainability, and holistic health initiatives.
