Javier Padin

Javier Padin has over 15 years of work experience, starting in 2006 and continuing to the present day. Javier has held various roles in software development and management.

From 2006 to 2007, Javier worked as a Full Stack Developer at Grupo MOST, where they developed a recruitment app for talent acquisition.

In 2007, they joined Everis as a Full Stack Developer, focusing on Java MVC web applications.

Later that year, Javier worked at CDA Informatica - PSA Peugeot Citroën as a Full Stack Developer, where they analyzed and developed a billing web app.

In 2011, they joined Accusys Technology, where they held several positions. Javier started as a Full Stack Developer, developing solutions to integrate the banking core with external systems. Javier then became a Team Leader, responsible for leading a team. Finally, they became a Software Engineering Manager, overseeing project planning, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.

In 2019, Javier moved to Tecnosoftware as a Software Development Manager, leading scrum teams in developing products for the financial and retail sectors. Javier redesigned the structure of the software factory to meet increased demand and focused on building high-performance team culture.

From 2021 to 2023, Javier worked at Baufest as an Account Architect, leading scrum teams in frontend technologies for the financial sector. Javier designed team goals, built a high-performance team culture, and created a healthy environment for teamwork.

Currently, Javier is a Project Manager at N5 Now, starting in 2023.

Javier Padin pursued their education at Universidad de Palermo from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended Universidad Nacional de La Matanza between 2005 and 2010, earning a Systems analyst degree.
