Thach Ngoc Pham

Thach Pham is a Senior Process Engineer at N5 Sensors, Inc. with extensive experience in developing fabrication processes of gas sensors. Prior to this, Thach worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Arkansas, where Thach conducted research on Si-based Ge(1-x)Sn(x) photodetector devices and surface passivation studies. Thach also worked as a Device Engineer at Arktonics LLC, focusing on improving the performance of GeSn n-i-p photodiodes and GeSn photoconductors. Thach holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Science in Nanotechnology, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
