Robert Billups

Robert Billups, Sr. CPA CIA CGMA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Budget Reporting and Financial Management for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) since February 2024, overseeing General Accounting and Financial Reporting functions. Prior to this role, Robert held the position of Senior Director of Accounting/Finance at NAACP from May 2015. His extensive experience includes serving as the Director of Accounting at The Washington National Cathedral and the Director of Finance for the National School Boards Association, where responsibilities encompassed budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. Robert's career began as Senior Accounting Manager at the National School Boards Association, focusing on accounts payable and payroll operations. Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Marshall University.
