Diederik Rijsemus

Diederik Rijsemus has extensive experience in business operations and development. In 2009, they began their career as a Financial Analyst at Baker & McKenzie. In 2010, they moved to Johns Hopkins University SAIS as a Visiting Research Associate. The following year, they Co-Founded Resoluut Real Estate Solutions and began working as a Business Development Consultant for Ashoka's Changemakers. In 2012, they became Business Development Europe at EFactor and in 2013, they Co-Founded Naadam Cashmere and took on the role of Chief Operating Officer. In 2019, they became Chief Operating Officer at both Something Navy and Thakoon.

Diederik Rijsemus obtained their Master of Science (MSc) in International Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2013. Diederik obtained their BA in Economics & Chinese from Dickinson College between 2007 and 2011. During 2009 and 2010, they obtained a Minor in Chinese from Peking University.
