Merete Hansen

Merete Hansen currently works as an AC-Fuldmægtig in the Department of Agriculture, Self-Sufficiency, Energy, and Environment at Naalakkersuisut - Grønlands Selvstyre, focusing on the Environment and Preparedness division since October 2023. Previously, Merete served as a student assistant at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from July 2020 to October 2023, engaging in a variety of tasks including participation in the "Citizen Science" project. Additionally, from October 2019 to October 2023, Merete worked as a nature guide at Naturama, where creative presentation design and customer interaction were key responsibilities. Merete holds a Master’s degree in Data Science with a focus on Environmental topics, as well as a Bachelor's degree in General Biology from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, completed in June 2023 and 2022, respectively.
