Gautam Dhundale

Gautam Dhundale has over 15 years of experience in the broadcast industry. Gautam started their career in 2000 as a Video Recordist/Broadcast Engineer at E-TV Network, where they successfully launched ETV Marathi and ETV Gujarati channels. Gautam also managed multi-camera setups, conducted live broadcast events, and recorded high-quality video footage.

In 2003, Gautam joined Hughes Communications India as a Broadcast (Linkroom) Engineer for STAR NEWS, where they ensured the seamless functioning of broadcast equipment and systems in the Linkroom. Gautam collaborated with the production team and other engineers to coordinate and execute live broadcasts.

From 2004 to 2007, Gautam worked as a Sr. Broadcast Engineer & Content Production professional at TV Today, overseeing and managing the technical and creative aspects of live television broadcast operations.

Gautam then joined 9X Media Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Manager - Satcomm, Operations & Engineering, where they managed satellite communication systems and optimized network efficiency and reliability.

In 2009, Gautam joined STAR CJ Alive as a Manager - Broadcast Operations & Engineering, responsible for overseeing STARCJ Channel projects and designing and maintaining all aspects of the signal flow.

From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Shop CJ India as the Engineering Head & Senior Manager - Broadcast Operations, where they led the broadcast technology and information technology functions. Gautam designed and maintained the signal flow and prepared and monitored the budget for equipment upgrades.

Since 2015, Gautam has been working at Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd & Cinema 24X7 Network as the Head - Broadcast Operations, Technology & Content. Gautam leads all aspects of broadcast technology, operations, and content production for the network, including channel operations, content production management, and digital marketing.

Gautam Dhundale pursued an Executive Program in Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur, from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies- Pune, spanning from 2009 to 2011. Gautam'sfoundational education includes a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electronics & communication, earned from Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Computer Hardware Maintenance with internet, Networking & Multimedia from Government Polytechnic Mumbai in the month of April 2002.
